I assume all of your real marriage anniversaries have been more personal private affairs, with all of the appropriate attendant revelrous activities. But if you want to have a big public blowout, or renewal of vows on the beach at Kahana, I'm sure all of your friends and wind-junkies will attend!

I am sorry I will miss the anniversary of your acquaintance with the fickle Ms. Wind. John and I will be in town in November to give Thanks for life, liberty and the pursuit of flight. It will be our honeymoon, too, so I don't know how much we'll be getting out and away from our own personal private parties ;-)sandyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03062704709975780035noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20110414.post-76687146428923397092009-10-02T13:04:25.892-10:002009-10-02T13:04:25.892-10:00I think calling this an anniversary might have bee...I think calling this an anniversary might have been a mistake. Dorothy asked me: how come we've never had a party for any of our anniversaries? Uh oh. And then she says: congratulations on your ten year marriage to the wind. Uh oh. Then I compounded my trouble by telling her, don't worry, you're invited to the party too! Well it seemed like a good idea at the time.Alexhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06249789335111913420noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20110414.post-80648615958704766762009-10-02T11:19:07.386-10:002009-10-02T11:19:07.386-10:00Pete, you and Mad Dog are definitely the main hold...Pete, you and Mad Dog are definitely the main holdouts who are still flying here on a regular basis since the old days. Jamie and Jon both still fly every once in a blue moon. Sandy started flying before me too, and she's only gone temporarily. Just bring yourself and your flying gear! If people want to bring beverages, food, maybe a grill, that would be sweet, but I expect it to be a very casual event with no formal plan. Just come out and plan to fly. Of course, plan B is flying the cooler, as always. I'll bring my pop-up tent for the LZ. Stay tuned for what the weather will bring us and where the most likely spot will be.Alexhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06249789335111913420noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20110414.post-49477864607047762672009-10-01T18:12:08.227-10:002009-10-01T18:12:08.227-10:00What should we bring to celebrate the momentous oc...What should we bring to celebrate the momentous occasion?Waianae Jimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15275430122119016694noreply@blogger.com
