Tandem Flights
If you are interested in a brief introduction to flying then you should contact a tandem instructor to find out about instructional tandem flights, which are one-time lessons designed to introduce you to the sport without having to make a commitment to long-term instruction. I'd like to sugest changing "Here is our current list of tandem pilots." for something like Here is our [current] list of ACTIVE tandem INSTRUCTORS pilots.

Hey Ray, just wanted to say thanks for all the great support the last couple of weeks. Taylor and Emily loved their Tandem flights with you at Kahana. They both couldn't stop talking about it on the flight home to Seattle. I personally really appreciate all the help while we were on Oahu, you rock! Steph really appreciated all the kiting tips. What a way to say good-bye to the old and hello to the new. On New Year’s Eve, Bob and Ray treated Tweed, Britty and I to tandem rides over the blue waters of Kahana Bay. Honestly, I didn’t think it could get much better than dancing over the ridgeline with both sides dropping off sharply below, until Ray gave me a little thrill on our way down: swinging back and forth followed by a spiral. Whoa baby! Add three more addicts to your list. Ray and Bob—you guys rock.

Bob gave myself and a good friend very special flights above our old body surfing haunt this last June. Back in the late 70's Bob and I would forget to come out of the water to eat or drink. Now I feel the same could be said for the very skies above. How magical a spot Makapuu is.
