Paparazzi Paragliding

Thursday's flying was captured by a few, but FlyStrong seemed to be getting all the attention. We have all have flown over this magnificent bay hundreds of times, and yet we never get bored or complacent about its beauty. FlyStrong is just making it even more visually enticing to those who can't fly by providing these great shots.

FlyStrong has also gotten the attention of the other pilots who are constantly dive bombing below him to sneak into his amazing view finder. When Bill actually gets low, pilots gaggle over his wing for that rare shot of actually being over FlyStrong's Synergy.

I am so fortunate to have the same wing, cause I know his camera will be aimed towards me more often.

Ok, the roll call for the day: Kaaawa Larry rallied the troops by hiking and launching first, followed by FlyStrong, the Paparazzo. Ike, in the Black&Blue, launched and had at least 3 top landings before deciding to go get some big air. Alaska Rick soared off to get his first taste of Hawaii flying. I launched with a new back support added to my harness … ha, almost fell asleep it was so comfy. Berndt and his new Cobra slithered in to join the non-jobbers. Last to launch was Carson, who supplied a quick aerial display to please the ground walkers.

All landed safe and sound to enjoy the refreshments supplied by Coach and Berndt. The air was a little lumpy but we were fffllllyyying … finally.

It's Time to Fly Get Your Gear and Go !!!!!!!!

More, more, more. Bill takes about 5,000 pics per flight. Does he cull out the top 1% and flush the others? Top 5% would be juicy for all us voyeurs. Lol.
